Raspberry vinaigrette with jam is a very easy, flavor-filled dressing that goes with any kind of salad. Only three ingredients! I like to use it with romaine, feta, toasted pecans, bacon, and red onion.

- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 jar seedless raspberry jam , 10 ounce

Combine olive oil, rice vinegar, and raspberry jam in the container of a blender. Process until smooth. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
