This easy rhubarb dump cake dessert is sure to please!
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 package strawberry-flavored gelatin mix , 3 ounce
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 package yellow cake mix , 15.25 ounce
- 0.5 cups butter or margarine , melted

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Place rhubarb in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer ingredients over top in the following order: sugar, gelatin mix, water, cake mix, melted butter. Do not stir anything.

Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden brown, about 45 minutes.
