A roast ham is coated with an easy and sweet maple syrup and mustard glaze for the best Easter ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in ham , 5 pound
  • 0.33 cups prepared yellow mustard , or to taste
  • 0.33 cups maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

  2. 2

Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Mix mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, and onion powder together in a small bowl. Coat ham entirely with the glaze using a spoon or brush.

  3. 3

Roast ham in the preheated oven, uncovered, until heated through, about 2 hours. Let ham rest for about 15 minutes before carving to keep it from drying out.
