A simple, easy recipe for roasted kabocha.

Ingredients

  • 1 kabocha squash , cut into wedges and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil , or as needed
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Place kabocha squash wedges, cut-side up, in a baking pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
