Little Nut Cups
I learned this recipe from a childhood friend whose mother made these for family parties and get-togethers. They are a great Christmas or special occasion cookie. My Mother makes hers with walnuts, I prefer pecans for a mini pecan pie taste.
Caramel Apple Éclair Cake
This delicious éclair cake is a no-bake dessert that combines apples, vanilla pudding, and cinnamon graham crackers — topped with caramel icing. It's best to refrigerate it for 24 hours to let the dessert have time to form a cake-like consistency.
