This is a great salad to go with cold sandwiches, or to take to a barbeque.
Ingredients
- 1 pound vermicelli pasta
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 2 stalks celery , chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic , crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
