Corned Beef Special Sandwiches
I think of this corned beef sandwich recipe as a cousin to the Reuben. It's a cold sandwich of corned beef topped with Russian dressing and coleslaw on Jewish rye. Yum!
Sweetbreads
Sweetbread meat is from the gland of cattle, and this is how my husband and I prepare them. We like to cook them in tiny pieces. The taste reminds me of chicken hearts โ only better. One pound of sweetbreads makes plenty for 2 using this recipe.

Simple smoke-flavored burgers that will melt in your mouth. You'd swear they were expensive gourmet. Garnish with your favorite burger toppings.
