This easy orange glaze recipe is made with orange zest and freshly squeezed orange juice, not the stuff out of a container. It's fresh and delicious and adds a nice citrus kick to angel food cake or any type of loaf cake.

- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 medium orange , zested and juiced, divided

Place confectioners' sugar into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1/4 teaspoon orange zest.

Whisk until smooth, adding more juice as necessary. Reserve remaining zest and juice for another use.
