Ingredients
- 6 pounds pork spare ribs , cut into serving-size pieces
- 1.5 cups ketchup
- 0.75 cups packed brown sugar
- 0.5 cups vinegar
- 0.5 cups honey
- 0.33 cups soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.75 teaspoons ground mustard
- 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper

Put spare ribs into the bottom of a slow cooker. Top with ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
