- 3 greens onions , chopped
- 1 clove garlic , chopped
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sugar snap peas, green onion, and garlic; season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 4 minutes. Off heat, stir in mint leaves.
