Old-Fashioned Potato Salad
This potato salad recipe is for the traditional creamy type of potato salad, with eggs, celery, and relish. It's perfect for making ahead to let the flavors develop.
Sous Vide Dill Pickles
These sous vide dill pickles are deliciously crunchy and will last at least a year. People are always asking me when I'm going to make them again. I'd say this recipe makes enough to fill a gallon-sized jar; however, I alter it to accommodate the number of fresh cucumbers I have.
Venison Salami
This is my grandmother's recipe for homemade salami, you can use ground beef also if you don't have any venison around. It's worth the effort to make it.
