Baked Apple French Toast Casserole
The biggest challenge you'll have with this apple French toast casserole is that there's usually never enough. It makes an 11x7-inch pan and is easily devoured by my wife, my son, and me. Quick, easy, and oh-so delicious. Top with maple syrup and powdered sugar to your liking.
