Tapioca pudding is made with very little hassle in a slow cooker. There is no need to presoak small tapioca pearls prior to cooking.
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 0.67 cups white sugar
- 0.5 cups small pearl tapioca
- 2 eggs , lightly beaten
Instructions

Stir together milk, sugar, tapioca, and beaten eggs in a slow cooker until well combined.

Cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
