Nuclear Chocolate Ice Cream
This is the most chocolate, most rich, densest, custard-style ice cream ever devised. It's spiked with coffee flavor and with such a powerful taste, it earns the name Nuclear.
Bob's Smoked Pulled Pork
This smoked pulled pork recipe makes the most flavorful and tender shredded pork. I brine the pork shoulder in cider, then coat it with a brown sugar BBQ rub before smoking it slowly to add flavor and moisture to the meat.
Pepperoni Pizza Dip with Cream Cheese
This dip for 2 was inspired of my sweetie and I's love of pizza but also wanting a dip. Ooey gooey cheese, savory pepperoni and a crisp panko crust really hits the spot on chilly afternoons! Serve with toasted bread pieces or crackers.
