I think this fish dip recipe is world-class and puts most others to shame! It is served in several prominent restaurants on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Serve with crackers, lemon or lime wedges, and capers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flaked smoked whitefish
- 4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 4 dropss hot pepper sauce , or to taste
- 3 dropss Worcestershire sauce , or to taste
- 3 dropss liquid smoke flavoring , Optional
- 1 pinch seafood seasoning , such as Old Bay
- cracked black pepper to taste

Place whitefish, sour cream, and mayonnaise in the bowl of a food processor; season with hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seafood seasoning, and cracked black pepper.
