Chocolate Cherry Cake
This easy chocolate cherry cake is made with chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling. I top it with a rich chocolate frosting made with chocolate chips, butter, and milk.
Corned Beef Special Sandwiches
I think of this corned beef sandwich recipe as a cousin to the Reuben. It's a cold sandwich of corned beef topped with Russian dressing and coleslaw on Jewish rye. Yum!
Red Currant Jelly
A classic red currant jelly made from fresh currants. This came from my one of my mother's handwritten recipe cards. I do not know its origin, but know it probably dates back to the early 1940's.
