- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 3 carrots , sliced
- 0.5 cups frozen corn
- 1 package dried thin rice noodles , 8 ounce
- 1 red bell pepper , diced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 0.5 teaspoons chili pepper flakes , or to taste
