Ingredients

  • 2 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 carrots , sliced
  • 0.5 cups frozen corn
  • 1 , 8 ounce
  • 1 red bell pepper , diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoons chili pepper flakes , or to taste

Instructions

    Cook and stir chicken in a large pot over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes; stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
