- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cup white sugar
- 0.5 cups soy sauce
- 0.5 cups tomato paste
- 0.33 cups white wine
- 0.25 cups chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce , such as Tabasco
- 2 pounds baby back ribs , cut into 1-inch riblets

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, tomato paste, white wine, garlic, and hot sauce in large bowl; mix well.

Place riblets in a large roasting pan. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Pour sauce over riblets; toss to coat. Continue baking until riblets are tender and sauce has thickened, stirring often, about 45 minutes more.
