Mexican-Style Shrimp Cocktail
Mexican-style shrimp cocktails are commonly spotted on menus in the Bay Area of California, but they don't seem to have caught on elsewhere — which is surprising since you can pretty much get Mexican food like tacos and burritos in just about any corner of the country. This cranberry sauce recipe uses fresh cranberries, sugar, and orange juice to make a Thanksgiving classic.
Brining and Cooking the Perfect Turkey with Delicious Gravy
This turkey is incredibly moist and delicious. Even after heating up leftovers days later, the meat is still so tender, moist, and delicious. I make this primarily for Thanksgiving and have gotten nothing less than rave reviews every time! You can substitute turkey broth for chicken broth in the brine for this recipe. Brining also cuts down the cooking time.
