Candied Sweet Potatoes
These candied sweet potatoes are super sweet and delicious! Perfect for the holidays.
Glühwein
Glühwein is a hot spiced "glow wine" that's found in many winter markets in Germany and Austria. This is the recipe my father would make for New Year's Eve. Many tourists know it as an after-ski drink. After you come in from being out in the cold and snow, this warm, spicy mulled drink is supposed to make you "glow" with warmth again.
Salmon Terrine
In this salmon terrine recipe, salmon, butter, Dijon mustard, and fresh tarragon are just some of what make a traditional French fare so delicious. This no-bake version is more like a spread, which is perfect for casual parties, and you can make it in any kind of crock or bowl. Pair it with toasted baguette slices for an appetizer or eat it as a salad.
