Crispy chicken bites made simple in the air fryer. Serve with marinara for dipping if desired.
Vegetarian Stout French Onion Soup
I love Irish stout stew and French onion soup. Plus my wife is a vegetarian. So I came up with this infusion that is, in my opinion, amazing! Portobello mushrooms replace cubed beef, and it is all topped off with a Swiss cheese-crusted slice of artisan bread, French onion-soup style. Serve with a frosty stout and enjoy! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Leftover Grilled Salmon Chowder
This leftover grilled salmon chowder recipe is so simple and delicious! My hubby and I love it! It's a great way to use up leftover salmon! To make this even easier, plan ahead and grill extra potatoes in foil while grilling the salmon. Then, toss in the cooked potatoes with the salmon.
