Chai Tea Concentrate
Convenient (and relatively inexpensive) way to have chai lattes at home with this chai concentrate, a favorite tea. The cardamom can be a bit expensive; try looking in the bulk section of a health food store. If you need to buy a jar of it, don't worry โ it will make several batches!
Easy Marinated Artichokes
Store-bought marinated artichoke hearts are expensive, and they're consumed faster than the time it takes to open the jar. I created this recipe with simple ingredients you most likely have on hand. The artichokes are delicious by themselves, but feel free to experiment and make an artichoke salad.
Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup
This is my original recipe and can be either vegetarian or meat based. It also freezes well - just thaw, heat and add cream or yoghurt before serving. It's delicious and well worth the extra steps of roasting and pureeing. Enjoy!
