A very quick and nutritious spinach and pomegranate salad with red onions, walnuts, and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 bag baby spinach leaves , 10 ounce
- 0.5 cups walnut pieces
- 0.5 cups crumbled feta
- 0.25 medium red onion , sliced very thin
- 0.25 cups alfalfa sprouts , Optional
- 0.5 cups pomegranate seeds , or to taste
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Gather all ingredients.

Place spinach into a salad bowl. Top with walnuts, feta, red onion, alfalfa sprouts, and pomegranate seeds.
