A very quick and nutritious spinach and pomegranate salad with red onions, walnuts, and feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups walnut pieces
  • 0.5 cups crumbled feta
  • 0.25 medium red onion , sliced very thin
  • 0.25 cups alfalfa sprouts , Optional
  • 0.5 cups pomegranate seeds , or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
