I got this recipe from a co-worker after having them at a baby shower. They are absolutely wonderful, even if you're like me and NOT fond of spinach. These spinach roll-ups are so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach , 10 ounce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cups bacon bits
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 package ranch dressing mix , 1 ounce
- 10 flours tortillas , 12 inch
Instructions

Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, and ranch mix in a bowl; spread onto tortillas and roll up. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Slice roll-ups into 1-inch pieces within 3 hours of serving.
