Whole Rice and Lentils (Majadara)
One of my 'Israeli' recipes that I've adapted for whole rice (that in my opinion needs more seasoning). Good as a whole meal or as a side dish. Freezes fairly well, too.
Teriyaki Roasted Chicken
This tasty roast chicken has lots of teriyaki flavor. It's best to marinade the chicken for a few hours. It's easy to make with just sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger and garlic.
Asian Sugar Snap Pea Appetizer
Bursting with flavor, these Asian-inspired snap peas can be served hot as a side dish or chilled as a quick appetizer!
