This sticky popcorn made with brown sugar came from a friend, but it's now my children's most requested family-night treat. It's like caramel corn but faster to make and more fun to eat!
Ingredients
- 10 large marshmallows
- 0.5 cups butter
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 10 cups popped popcorn

Combine marshmallows, butter, and brown sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.

Place popcorn in a large serving bowl. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn; stir to coat.
