This strawberry frozen yogurt bark is an easy summer treat for a hot day. Vanilla Greek yogurt, sprinkled with sliced strawberries, is frozen, then sliced into chunks; this bark takes only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3 cups whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups strawberries

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Stir Greek yogurt, agave syrup, and vanilla together in a bowl. Spread the mixture out in an even layer about 1/4 inch thick on the parchment. Scatter strawberries over the top.

Freeze until very firm, at least 4 hours and preferably overnight.
