This is a great dressing for fruit salad or even fruit kabobs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 0.5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar

Instructions

    In the container of a blender, combine the cantaloupe, yogurt and sugar. Blend until smooth. Chill or serve immediately.
