This summer herb pesto recipe creates a fresh, tasty pesto you can make with herbs right from the garden. Delicious tossed with pasta, on a sandwich, or as a dip for veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 0.75 cups olive oil
- 0.5 cups chopped fresh oregano
- 0.5 cups toasted pine nuts
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Combine basil, parsley, spinach, oil, oregano, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a blender or the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth.
