  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 0.75 cups olive oil
  • 0.5 cups chopped fresh oregano
  • 0.5 cups toasted pine nuts
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
