Halloween Fruit Apple Teeth Treats
These are absolutely adorable, pretty easy to make, and the perfect treat to bring to a Halloween party. I brought them to my 2-year-old's school party and they LOVED them, and so did the moms! Use organic apples if possible.
Mediterranean Deviled Eggs
These Mediterranean deviled eggs use Greek yogurt, feta, olives, and fresh dill to deliver flavors reminiscent of the regions around the world's largest inland sea.

My Cuban suegra taught me how to make a sofrito. I used this same process (without tomatoes and plus a carrot) to enhance millet. Serve warm or cold.
