Easy Steak Sandwich
This steak sandwich recipe is as good as the takeout sub shops of Southeastern Massachusetts! I think this is about as close as you can get at home. Freezing the steak the day before makes it easy to cut into very thin slices.
Bibi's Chicken Pot Pie
Not your usual chicken pot pie, this recipe adds a bit of sausage to the chicken, and I opted for vegetables that might not be in your mom's pot pie! In addition, the crust has some celery seed and paprika added, for some extra savory goodness, and it works well with cooked dark chicken. Serve with a salad and crusty bread for a complete meal.
Scrambled Pizza
My mother created this delicious recipe, using eggs and bacon as the main topping. It has been a family favorite for many years, especially with the children, who are fussy.
