Danielle's Seafood Chowder
I wanted to serve a different dish from the usual seafood casserole so I played with the dish and came up with this.
Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Plum Sauce
This pork tenderloin with plum sauce is an easy one-pan dish. When shopping for this recipe, choose plums (or any other stone fruit) that are fairly firm, so they keep their shape after roasting. Do you know that selfish jerk that has to feel up every piece of fruit before deciding on one? This time, be that jerk.
Baileys Cheesecake
This Baileys cheesecake has a delicious mocha-flavored crust and a super creamy filling. It's topped with a smooth chocolate ganache for a decadent dessert no one will be able to resist!
