This sweet and spicy baked cauliflower dish has the perfect balance between sweet and heat, and is a great side dish for an Asian-inspired meal. It also pairs nicely with grilled pork, chicken, or beef.
Ingredients
- 1 large (about 2 pounds) cauliflower , cut into small florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and set a rack in the upper third of the oven. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
