  • 4 small sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.13 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary , finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
