This is an easy, sweetened spaghetti squash recipe. I also use acorn and buttercup squash for this recipe. My family loves it when I make it.
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash , halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , softened
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , cold
- 0.25 cups brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil.
-

Generously spread 2 tablespoons softened butter over squash flesh; place on the prepared baking dish, cut-sides down.
-
3
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; flip. Add 1 tablespoon cold butter and 2 tablespoons brown sugar to each squash cavity. Continue baking until outer squash shells are soft, about 10 minutes more. Spoon squash flesh into a bowl; serve.

Overnight Breakfast Bake with Ham, Cheese, and Croissants
This overnight breakfast casserole is just the right size for smaller families. We love this with cherry tomatoes, but it is equally nice with fruit. You could also call this a savory bread pudding and serve it for lunch, with a salad. If you love mustard, double the Dijon amount in the recipe.
Chef John's Breakfast Sausage Patties
This is a simple breakfast sausage in patty form. So easy! The key is to get freshly and coarsely ground pork shoulder from a real live butcher.
