Amazing Pineapple Cranberry Sauce
This is a variation on classic, fresh Ocean Spray cranberry sauce! My grandma has made it for years and people who don't like cranberry sauce request that I make this at our events! It's different and great! This is a nice change of pace. and I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't like it! Tastes best if stored in refrigerator overnight.
Capirotada
Capirotada is a deliciously rich Mexican bread pudding with layers of buttered bread, raisins, peanuts, and shredded cheese, drenched with a sweet cinnamon syrup. So good! It's traditionally served on Good Friday or during Lent.
Sasa's Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites
This is a favorite among my teenage athletes for a before-practice snack. I fill baggies with these and throw them in the freezer. The kids grab a baggie on the way to school and the mini muffins are thawed out and ready to eat before the end of the day.
