This is the best garlic bread I have ever tasted. Adjust the ingredients as necessary until the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder mixture is a paste-like consistency.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 loaf Italian bread , 1 pound
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven's broiler.
-
2
Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until thick and well combined.
-
3
Slice loaf in half lengthwise and spread the cut-side of each piece with mayonnaise mixture. Place halves on a medium baking sheet.
-
4
Cook under the preheated broiler until mayonnaise mixture is bubbling and golden brown, 2 to 5 minutes; check frequently to avoid burning.

Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup
This creamy chicken gnocchi soup is a favorite for cool weather sports nights when we all eat at different times. After adding the chicken and gnocchi, throw it in a slow cooker on the lowest setting so it is ready when you are. Serve with pesto bread sticks.

This spreadable bacon jam is sweet, salty, and smoky. It takes some time to make with expert-level stirring, but it's worth it. Whether you make this for a Super Bowl party or another occasion, I hope you give this amazing bacon jam recipe a try soon.

This is my Grandma's recipe for sweet and sour cabbage and bell pepper slaw that couldn't be simpler to make! My family loves it as a side dish for grilled burgers and hot dogs, but it works equally well in winter with roast pork or beef.
