Authentic Thai Green Curry
This is a classic Thai green curry (kaeng kiau wan) and my favorite curry of all time! You can substitute chicken or tofu for the pork, but make sure you serve it with lots of jasmine rice.
Steak Salad
This steak salad starts with a tender and juicy grilled sirloin steak, sliced and served on lettuce with tomatoes, veggies, and a delicious blue cheese vinaigrette. This recipe is super quick, easy to make, and perfect for summer.
Mexican Chorizo Black Bean Chili
A spicy take on chili with Mexican chorizo. Top with Cheddar cheese and sour cream. I also like to make up some cornbread to serve with this.
