Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans , 15 ounce
- 1 can wax beans , 15 ounce
- 1 can cut green beans , 15 ounce
- 1 can garbanzo beans , 15 ounce
- 1 can whole kernel corn , 15.25 ounce
- 1 can sliced mushrooms , 4.5 ounce
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 green bell pepper , cubed
- 0.5 cups cider vinegar
- 0.5 cups white sugar , Optional
- 0.25 cups vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons dried basil
- 0.25 teaspoons dried oregano
- 0.25 cups white sugar , Optional

Mix kidney beans, wax beans, green beans, garbanzo beans, corn, mushrooms, onion, green bell pepper, cider vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt, basil, and oregano in a large bowl.

Chill in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

Stir 1/4 cup sugar into the bean salad. Taste and add more if needed to balance vinegar flavor.
