Pancake Poppers
Pancakes didn't turn out so well on my electric stove top, so I invented these. They are light and airy and freeze well too. Try them with strawberry jam, dipped in syrup, or sprinkled with powdered sugar. Perfect for kid and adult brunches! This is a wonderful pancake recipe on its own too.
Mexican Affogato
Take your affogato to another level by adding tequila and coffee liqueur to your espresso. I used top of the line Patron Roca® tequila and Kahlua® which produces a smooth, creamy, and rich affogato.
Gobbler Cobbler
Use your leftover turkey and veggies in this savory cobbler! With a tender, biscuit-like savory topping, this dish is a comforting, filling main dish that's perfect for a cool winter evening or any time!
