Hot Bean and Bacon Dip with Air Fryer Tortilla Chips
This is a great dip for game day, potlucks, or get-togethers. We serve it with air-fried tortilla chips. Leftovers are great (but you probably won't have any) in a flour tortilla for a bean and cheese burrito, or roll it in a corn tortilla for a quick taco.
Super-Easy Strawberry Shortcake
A co-worker assembled this delicious strawberry shortcake with frozen strawberries for a birthday party. She said she couldn't say she made it because all she did was cut the strawberries and add sugar. Once it's done, you can have this yummy cake in 30 seconds!
Blueberry Lemon Breakfast Quinoa
This blueberry lemon breakfast quinoa recipe pairs sweet blueberries and tart lemon as an alternative to oatmeal. High in protein and fiber, quinoa makes an excellent start to your day! I made this one morning when I had a craving for quinoa and was looking for a change from the usual. Top it with extra milk for a thinner consistency. It's also good with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
