A yummy dip that can be used instead of traditional guacamole or tzatziki. I made it for a family dinner and served it with nacho chips and veggie chips. It would be great with pitas or in a sandwich. Something a little different to add to your table.
Ingredients
- 4 ripes avocados , peeled and pitted
- 0.25 cups minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.33 cups plain yogurt
- 0.33 cups sour cream
- 1 cup diced English cucumber
- 0.25 cups chopped fresh mint
- 0.25 cups chopped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1.5 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
