Pesto-Coated Center-Cut Pork Chop
I had an evening without my bride to experiment a bit with a pork chop and I believe it was worth sharing. Pour a glass of white wine. Slice and serve with steamed red potatoes. Enjoy!
Air Fryer Truffle Polenta Fries
These air fryer truffle polenta fries, flavored with truffle-infused oil and truffle zest, are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I like to serve them alongside a steak—steak frites so to speak. Serve with any dipping sauce; I recommend a spicy mayo, marinara, ranch, or ketchup.

We're going to take fresh strawberries and make our own homemade fruit syrup, which can be put into tea, lemonade, or made into the world's best strawberry soda!
