Cilantro Tomato Corn Salad
Very quick and tasty sidedish that can be altered to taste, almost every ingredient except the corn is optional. Very pretty side dish also. I've made this for many different people and haven't had one complaint yet. It's especially good if you just don't have the time to cook but don't want junk food.
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Tots
These sweet potato tots have a kick, and are made lighter by preparing them in the air fryer. Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
Easy Apple Crisp
This apple crisp with cake mix is an easy recipe for using leftover apples from the fall. It's great anytime during the year when you want an easy take-along dish or when company arrives at your door unexpectedly! Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping. You can substitute two (21-ounce) cans of apple pie filling for the apples and water.
