Indian Crepes
These crepes are good with Indian food. I developed them to serve with vegetable biryani and other dishes after trying some leftovers in a regular crepe.
Czech Crepes
A Czech interpretation of the crepe. Slightly thicker than a French-style crepe, so they tend to be a little more filling. My family occasionally had these for 'brinner' (breakfast-for-dinner), but they make a great dessert, too. In Czech, these are called 'palacinky.'
Serbian Palacinke
Palacinke is the Serbian version of crepes. Fill with your favorite filling (cheese, jam, nuts, etc.) and roll up.
Chestnut Flour Crepes (Gluten- and Wheat-Free)
In this recipe, chestnut flour makes very unique crêpes that happen to be both gluten free and free of wheat. The smoky, nutty flavor of chestnut flour complements savory and sweet fillings. Try them stuffed with warm gorgonzola and walnuts, topped with vanilla ice cream and roasted hazelnuts. Delicious! Serve or use immediately, or cool and refrigerate until needed. Cooked crêpes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for two days. You can refrigerate the batter for up to 24 hours.
Swedish Cream Cheese Crepes
I call these Swedish cream cheese crêpes because I use a Swedish pancake instead of a regular crêpe. My entire family loves these. I have to make a huge batch every time I make them. These also refrigerate very well for 2 to 3 days. Sprinkle crêpes with confectioners' sugar before topping with berries, if you wish.
Chocolate Banana Crepes
After tweaking a crêpe recipe, I came up with this incredibly delicious version—chocolate crepe batter with bananas and chocolate sauce! It's a big hit with my friends! Top crêpes with confectioners' sugar or whipped cream.
Crepes with Spinach, Bacon and Mushroom Filling
I took three different crepe recipes and combined them to come up with a real winner!
Mango Crepes à la Mode
These mango crepes are a sweet piece of heaven and a decadent dessert great for entertaining company.
Claire's Yummy Crepes
This crepe recipe will have you hooked. I cook them every Sunday morning.
Dosas (Indian-style Pancakes)
Dosas are a thin, savory crepe-like Indian pancake traditionally eaten for breakfast, but I like them anytime. These may not be very authentic, but they are a tasty alternative that appeals to the typical American pancake.
Perfect Gluten-Free Crêpes
Gluten-free crêpes are so quick and easy to make, with just a few basic ingredients from your pantry! Great for either sweet or savory recipes.
Blender Crepes
Quick and easy blender crepes with very little mess to clean up. A great weekend breakfast!
