Spicy Shrimp Tacos
Spicy sauteed shrimp are served in soft tacos with chopped mango, red onion, and a drizzle of kicked-up Ranch dressing.
Baked Puffy Fish Tacos
I'm showing you how to make amazing, puffy tacos baked in the oven. These are very easy, and I think, the best way to make fish tacos, as you get crispiness in every bite.
Tilapia Fish Tacos
These tilapia fish tacos are refreshing and satisfying. My roommate made this for me, and they were the best tacos I've ever had. I had to share the recipe!
Grilled Shrimp Tacos
Hot, grilled shrimp are dressed with a sauce made from Taco Ranch Dressing, and served on warmed flour tortillas.
Grilled Spicy Shrimp Tacos
The shrimp marinade for the tacos and the sauce make the dish!
Soft Mahi Mahi Tacos with Ginger-Lime Dressing
A warm, flavorful dish filled with mahi-mahi, fresh fruit and ginger-lime dressing. Unique, yet tasteful, this recipe is inspired by the fresh seafood recipes in Mexico and Central America. I serve chips and salsa on the side.
Baja-Style Fish Tacos
I came up with this Baja-style fish taco recipe after eating fish tacos from a street vendor in Ensenada, Mexico. The salsa can be made a day in advance for the flavors to blend.
Tacos Gobernador
These tacos originated in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. It is said that the governor of Sinaloa loved shrimp and quesadillas so the chef of a well-known restaurant created these, a cross between a shrimp taco and a quesadilla. And so these were named Tacos Gobernador ('Governor Tacos').
Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo
I loved a local chain restaurant's fish tacos so much, that I had to try to duplicate them. They combine flour tortillas filled with breaded, fried tilapia, layered with chipotle mayo, topped with napa cabbage, dressed with honey-cumin sauce, and served with pico de gallo, sour cream, chips, and salsa. You'll find them very refreshing and packed full of flavor!
Easy Fish Tacos with Mango-Pineapple Slaw
I used to make these easy fish tacos all the time in California, and they are so easy and fresh! You can also omit the mayonnaise and increase the red vinegar to reduce calories in the mango slaw. All in all, these are a great main dish for any time of year! We usually serve them with fat-free refried beans topped with cilantro and goat cheese or a cold corn salad with chopped bell pepper and onion.
Easy Sheet Pan Fish Tacos
Flaky white fish with crusty, caramelized edges is topped with a cilantro slaw and drizzled with a smoky sour cream sauce in this simple fish taco recipe. Baking the fish on a sheet pan is a little heathier and a lot less messy than frying it, and means cleanup will be a breeze! For family dinners or casual get-togethers, set this up as a taco bar with other toppings such as pico de gallo, avocado slices, pickled red onions, crumbled cotija cheese, and black beans.
Double Decker Tacos
The best tacos! A soft shell taco is layered with refried beans, then wrapped around a hard shell taco, which is filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream and fresh guacamole. You can top it with whatever you like, but I recommend loading it up! Also, if you don't eat meat, put melted cheese on the soft shell, and the refried beans in the hard.
