Italian Sausage and Mushroom Lasagna with Béchamel Sauce
The béchamel adds a little something special to this wonderful sausage-mushroom lasagna. I like using part-skim ricotta, mozzarella, and low-fat milk to cut some of the fat in this dish. You won't notice the difference.
Philly Cheesesteak Lasagna
I love my Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with marinara, so I thought I'd try making lasagna. It turned out fantastic! You don't to boil your noodles, just let them soak in hot tap water for at least 20 minutes.
Italian Lasagna
Delicious Italian lasagna layered with a homemade tomato sauce, herby ricotta cheese, chunks of Italian sausage, and lots of mozzarella and provolone. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
Spinach, Artichoke, and Carrot White Lasagna
This lasagna is full of veggies, has ricotta cheese, and a made-from-scratch roasted garlic Alfredo sauce! Does it get any better than this?
Zucchini Parmesan
This simple zucchini Parmesan is a delicious baked casserole dish with layers of zucchini and marinara sauce topped with cheese. It's a great way to use extra zucchini.
Summer Lasagna
In this summer lasagna recipe, zucchini takes the place of pasta, making it lighter than a regular lasagna. Most people don't realize there are no pasta noodles and think it's delicious.
Zucchini Lasagna Rolls
These zucchini lasagna rolls are a delicious way to use an abundance of summer zucchini and a great gluten-free alternative to noodles. We like seasoned ground beef for the filling, but you could easily sub in some Italian sausage.
Zucchini Lasagna with Meat
Made in the kitchen of college kids trying to eat better, this recipe uses zucchini instead of pasta to make it lighter and healthier and no ricotta cheese!
Meat and Eggplant Sauce Lasagna
As lasagnas go, this takes just about as much time as any. It is a modified version of my grandmother's recipe, so that it includes more vegetables, including eggplant. You can add whatever vegetables you want to the meat sauce. I grabbed what was seasonal and on sale, but I imagine this would be good with some spinach, broccoli, or diced tomato. Also, consider some crushed red pepper if you like a spicy sauce. Not a fan of that myself, but it would add a nice heat if that is your thing. I don't like salty sauce, so you may find you want more salt if you do prefer it that way. My oven runs hot. If necessary, please adjust your baking time to make sure the lasagna is heated all the way through.
Eggplant Lasagna
A classic eggplant lasagna made with tender roasted eggplant slices instead of noodles for a delicious low carb meal. You can make this without ground beef for a vegetarian dish.
Easy Vegetable Lasagna
This easy vegetable lasagna recipe is delicious! Cooking with canned foods, such as canned spinach, makes it even easier. They also prevent food waste because they're perfectly portioned for recipes and nearly half the cost of fresh and frozen!
Spinach and Beef Lasagna
In this lasagna recipe, spinach and meat are covered with three types of cheese and herbs, layered with red sauce and noodles.
