Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning , 1.12 ounce
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup , 10.5 ounce
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1.5 cups uncooked instant white rice
  • 0.5 cups thick and chunky salsa , such as Pace
  • 0.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese , or to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce , or to taste
  • cups t ortilla chips , or to taste

Instructions

    Cook beef and taco seasoning in a skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    Add condensed soup, water, and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender, about 5 min.
