These marshmallow popcorn balls are sweet, crispy, and chewy — everyone's favorite combination! They're easy to make, and the marshmallows make them similar to the crispy rice cereal bars that are so popular.
Green Chile Frittata
This frittata with cottage cheese and green chiles is great for either brunch or breakfast. If you want to serve it for an early morning breakfast, make it a day ahead and reheat each portion in the microwave.
Empanada Filling
This is my grandmother's recipe for Peruvian beef empanada filling. Use homemade pie crust or, in a pinch, refrigerated pie crust to make these Peruvian turnovers. Lightly dust powdered sugar over the baked empanadas and serve with lime wedges for authentic flair.
