Forget about the weather and cooking outside with these air fryer brats! There's no reason to fire up the grill when you can get crispy brats this juicy and tender with perfect texture from an air fryer. We like ours on a hoagie bun with German mustard and sauerkraut.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 4 uncookeds bratwurst
- 4 sausages buns
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (193 degrees C). Spray the fryer basket with cooking spray or use an air fryer disposable parchment liner.
-
2
Place brats in the air fryer basket, being sure not to overcrowd, leaving some room around them. Cook until browned, flipping halfway through cooking time, 12 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

The rich pudding is made on the stovetop, poured over the bananas and wafers, topped with meringue, and then baked in the oven. Passed down from my grandmother, it is a unique take on a Southern favorite.
