My favorite ingredients come together in a kitchen sink-style Mexican Baja salad recipe with a crisp, fresh flavor. It goes great with homemade pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 , 12 ounce
  • 1 large tomato , diced
  • 1 avocado , diced
  • 1 pickling cucumber , diced
  • 0.75 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cups diced red onion
  • 0.25 cups white corn kernels
  • 0.25 cups cooked black beans
  • 0.25 cups crushed tortilla chips , or to taste

Instructions

    Combine romaine, tomato, avocado, cucumber, feta cheese, onion, corn, and black beans in a large bowl; toss well. Sprinkle tortilla chips over salad.
