This banana bread espresso martini may be way too drinkable. It's espresso-forward, with fruity floral notes from the banana liqueur and banana simple syrup. The additions of banana simple syrup, ground nutmeg, and walnut bitters help this cocktail actually register as "banana bread."

Cheesy Eggplant Casserole
This eggplant casserole was thrown together in a hurry when I made it for my husband. I am not real big on eggplant but it turned out to be delicious. I even ate the leftovers!
Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts
Air fryer bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts come together by the time your grilled meat is finished resting. I serve this simple side dish with grilled steak, but these sprouts are equally good with chicken or pork.
TikTok Green Goddess Salad
This bowl from the viral TikTok video from Baked by Melissa is just as delicious and scoop-able as it is in her video. Use a food processor to shred and chop the cabbage if your knife skills aren't up to the task. The dressing is so tasty that we recommend mixing up an extra batch to use on grilled veggies, fish and even as a sauce for pizza!
