This banana bread espresso martini may be way too drinkable. It's espresso-forward, with fruity floral notes from the banana liqueur and banana simple syrup. The additions of banana simple syrup, ground nutmeg, and walnut bitters help this cocktail actually register as "banana bread."

Gnocchi, Spinach, and Meatball Soup
This gnocchi spinach soup is one of those dishes ideal for warming the soul on a winter day. This is similar to an Italian wedding soup but creamy with meatballs and potato gnocchi. I make my own chicken stock and meatballs, but you can use store-bought.
Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo
I loved a local chain restaurant's fish tacos so much, that I had to try to duplicate them. They combine flour tortillas filled with breaded, fried tilapia, layered with chipotle mayo, topped with napa cabbage, dressed with honey-cumin sauce, and served with pico de gallo, sour cream, chips, and salsa. You'll find them very refreshing and packed full of flavor!
